Role Highlights:This New Product Development Specialist role is a hands-on, dynamic position where you'll take ownership of product development projects from concept through to launch. You will be responsible for developing innovative food products, creating samples and technical documentation, and collaborating closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new product development projects from concept through to launch.
  • Develop and prepare product samples and specifications in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including spec sheets and nutritional information.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Stay informed on food trends and identify innovative opportunities for growth.

Candidate Profile:

  • Well-suited to an experienced Chef or Food Technician with experience in short shelf-life and food handling, looking to move into product development.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
