Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Facilities Coordinator** **to join our project team as part of the Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Perth.

PDG helps clients reach their business goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure world-class project delivery through the skills of our people, methodologies, governance, and systems. Our engineering and project management and construction disciplines ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of projects globally across the metals and mining, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

We manage our clients’ entire project lifecycle from studies to building assets, operating the assets, and developing efficiencies. Join our team and become part of a community that strives for positive change-providing the best solutions for our clients’ toughest challenges
- Manage building operations and facilities for the Kemerton Project offices in Perth and at the Kemerton site
- Source and coordinate project accommodation in Perth and at the Kemerton Site for our project team
- Workforce transportation coordination between Perth and the Kemerton site
- Coordinating repair and replenishment of office equipment and supplies.

You Bring to the Role

You are experienced in multi-site facilities coordination, with excellent organisational and communication skills and a flexible and adaptable mindset. You will have outstanding relationship and project management skills and be a solution-focused problem solver. While the role is Perth based, there will be semi regular travel to the Bunbury site.

The Facilities Manager will work with the Project Director and other functional managers to ensure facilities are planned and operated to meeting Project requirements.

- Management and maintenance of Project office facilities in Perth and at the Kemerton site.
- Project accommodation in Perth and at the Kemerton Site for project team member.
- Coordination of buses for transport of project team between Perth and the Kemerton site. Coordinating repair and replenishment of office equipment and supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 5 year’s experience with facilities management on major projects
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Perth based, with ability to travel to the Kemerton site near Bunbury from time to time.
