**About the Role**

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Compliance Specialist who understands marketing and values the importance of operating within an effective risk and compliance framework. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our Customer Growth Department, partnering closely with different teams across Brand, Content, Partnerships, Production, Media, and Customer Marketing.

Your mission is to ensure that our marketing activities meet regulatory requirements while supporting innovation and growth. You'll operate the delivery of first-line assurance activities, assessing how well our controls are working, identifying risks, and helping to future-proof our systems and processes.

You’ll contribute to the continuous improvements of our risk and compliance practices and culture within the Risk and Compliance and Marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident navigating risk and compliance, particularly with an understanding or background in marketing.

- You’re proactive and energetic, thriving on driving positive change and enabling better business outcomes.
- You bring a customer-first mindset and are always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to improve how things are done.
- You’re have strong stakeholder management skills, and can communicate strategically and operationally.
- You have hands-on experience developing and delivering assurance programs that test controls, assess compliance, and support scalable growth.
- You’ve spent 3+ years working in risk, compliance, assurance or marketing, ideally within fast-paced or customer-focused environments (an understanding of the marketing landscape is valued)
