**About the role**

To support our success we are currently looking for a **Team Leader within our Member Services team** based in **Brisbane or Melbourne.**

As the **Team Leader, Member Services** you will be a good listener with a level of emotional intelligence that supports a team to be their best selves. You will be a great coach who focuses on the behaviours to deliver results. Team meetings are all about the team, sharing information through effective communication skills, encouraging collaboration for problem solving and continuous improvement through trying new things. Feedback is given and received supporting development.

**This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity.**

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend either our Brisbane or Melbourne office at least twice a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- RG146 compliant to give General Advice in Superannuation (as a minimum), or the ability to achieve compliance within 3 months.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management and coaching experience.
- A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to inspire and lead others to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong experience in facilitating outcomes through stakeholder management and relationships.
- Superannuation experience and knowledge of the associated legislation that operates within the superannuation environment is desired.
- Contact centre experience and demonstrated understanding of the contact centre environment, including systems (e.g. workforce planning, call recording, call monitoring, telephony) is desired.
