Immediate 6 month contract, 25 hours per week with a large state government department

**Your new company**
A large state government department is urgently seeking an experienced Land Access Specialist who will provide the leadership team with expert strategic advice on land access projects across Melbourne for a 6 month role working 3 days per week and 100% remotely with the opportunity for further extension.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Senior Manager and working alongside a team of industry experienced professionals, you will be required to provide strategic advice on complex land and property matters including land acquisitions/divestments, access, transfer/disposal.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your extensive experience across crown land, compulsory acquisitions, administering projects relating to legislative requirements under the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act (MTPFA) and Land Acquisition and compensation Act (LACA) will be critical to your success in this role. Your strong negotiation skills, expert level communication both written and verbal and your ability to manage various high level external government stakeholder interactions will be key to your overall success.

An exciting and high level strategic role which can be carried out 100% remotely (with laptop included), attractive hourly rate up to $148ph+Super, part time hours, 3 days per week for a 6 month role with a strong potential for a further 6 month extension, working on significant projects in Melbourne.
