**About the Role**

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our products, from conception to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy, prioritize features, and drive the launch of new products and services. You must have a passion for customer experience and be able to think outside the box to create unique, customer-centric experiences.

- Problem-Solving: Focus on, and truly understand the problems that your team will be solving. Demonstrate a deep understanding of when a problem is solved and how to measure success.
- Product Vision: Develop, articulate and champion a clear vision and direction for your product team.
- Collaboration: You are able to work well with others to achieve the best results.
- Adaptability: You know how to adjust strategies to changing market conditions.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage a product from idea phase, through to release and beyond. Using all the tools at your disposal to maximize successful customer adoption and business outcomes.
