**The Role**

We are looking for an amazing Product Manager to be part of one of our global teams. This role will work with our Product and Design team to craft the product vision, strategy and roadmap to improve the StarRez customer experience. They will be expected to own and be accountable for their roadmap and spearhead their quarterly team goals.

**What You Will Do**
- **Own and Define the Product Roadmap**: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, with mínimal guidance. You'll set the vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- **Drive Customer-Centric Product Development**: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, championing a user-focused approach to enhance product value and satisfaction.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to deliver on the product roadmap, iterating on solutions and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- **Lead Agile Processes**: Plan and execute Agile (Scrum) methodologies, creating clear milestones and success criteria to guide your product to successful launches and beyond.
- **Make Data-Driven Decisions**: Utilize data to inform product decisions, measure success, and continuously improve the product. Your strong analytical skills will guide prioritization and resource allocation.
- **Engage in Strategic Planning**: Identify and execute on key product initiatives, ensuring resources are focused on projects with the highest potential ROI. You'll also lead go-to-market strategies and ensure product success post-launch.
- **Foster Strong Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers across multiple regions, driving awareness and alignment on product priorities and outcomes.

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of Product Management Experience in SaaS platforms, with a preference for B2B2C environments.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology (Scrum): Demonstrated ability to own and define product roadmaps with mínimal guidance.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Proven track record of engaging with customers and internal stakeholders, driving product outcomes from problem discovery to benefit realization.

**Preferred Skills**
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data to inform decisions and measure product success.
- Experience with Platform Products: Deep experience in building platform products and services for internal stakeholders.
- Excellent Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with engineering and design teams to iteratively deliver the product roadmap.
- Strategic Planning and Prioritization: Strong ability in setting milestones, prioritizing product development projects, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Skilled in identifying and building relationships with cross-functional partners across multiple regions to drive awareness of priorities.
