Our client is a creative architectural company located in the heart of the Gold Coast. With more than two decades of experience, this firm is dedicated to producing architectural designs that are responsive to the broader cultural, economic, climatic, and community context. The values of the studio prioritise creating lasting and meaningful designs.

**Your new role**

You will be the face of the organisation, the first point of contact for visitors duties will include providing a warm, welcoming, and professional image of the company they work for. The client is looking for a strong professional that has experience in a receptionist role.

Daily responsibilities will include:

- Managing busy reception
- Supporting Senior Management
- Managing appointments
- Inbound/outbound calls
- Liaison with customers and clients
- Finance and billing
- Time and cost breakdowns
- Basic word and excel skills
- Professional presentation and phone manner

**What you'll need to succeed**

Previous experience as a receptionist (minimum 12 months) to be considered for this role. Higher level of attention to detail, able to work autonomously or in a team, able to take initiative while maintaining the office is operating smoothly.
