**About The Role**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Help create patterns and best practices for operational teams like CRM using our Marketing Platforms by researching and formulating direction for upcoming changes
- Review current pain points from the wider Marketing teams and help to enable solutions by briefing in the experts (we don’t need a developer for this role)
- Foster strong relationship with our vendors and share product roadmaps and opportunities back.
- Engage and operate an agile delivery process working with MarTech delivery teams to provide value.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing operations, digital analytics or media data role.
- Knowledge of CDP, Marketing automation and Adtech tools (Google Analytics and Tealium experience highly desirable but not essential)
- Expertise in tracking, attribution, and content tools with a passion for technical marketing data
