**What we’re looking for**:
We are looking for a driven and upbeat Counter Salesperson to join our fun and dynamic team

This is a unique opportunity for someone with superb interpersonal skills and a passion for sales, looking to progress their career working with a reputable industry leader.

**Your new role**:
As an Internal Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
- Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Alexandria, Sydney.

Work hours are regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm + one Saturday every 6 weeks 7am - 12pm.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
- Electrical wholesale experience (highly desirable but not imperative).
- You’re a driven and passionate professional with experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to form and develop relationships with both your peers and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client focused and a real team player; someone who enjoys the thrill of consulting and helping others.
- Multitasking skills and thrive under pressure within a fast-paced professional team environment - where a sense of urgency matters.
- You are excellent at managing your own time and a real “self-starter”.
