**What You'll Do**:
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating leads. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help us grow across digital and offline channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential customer segments and formulate tailored marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze customer behavior and target demographics, using insights to craft precise digital strategies and optimize brand positioning.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence, maintaining brand consistency across social media and digital channels while exploring innovative ways to increase brand visibility and customer interaction.
- Coordinate high-quality content creation, including visuals, blog posts, and newsletters, to support marketing campaigns and enhance audience engagement.
- Lead and support both online and offline promotional initiatives, including trade shows, exhibitions, and pop-up events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target markets.
- Prepare feasibility study reports and performance analytics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and recommend strategic adjustments to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with design and sales teams to develop integrated marketing plans, ensuring consistent messaging and support for product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Support commercial operations, including setting and tracking marketing KPIs, and mentoring junior staff to foster a high-performing marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or digital communications role.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in sports brand promotion or campaign management is highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English with bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for business expansion.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
