**A bit about the role**:
We have an opening at PN for an SEO Specialist, working with our wider team of specialists to deliver great outcomes for our clients. You will work directly with the Account Managers to develop strategies to optimise organic search for our clients, conducting keyword research to guide your optimisation efforts, as well as identifying and resolving technical search issues.

You should be a self-motivator who is comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment, working autonomously to achieve client milestones towards better outcomes. You will need to be organised and love planning out your day based on the prioritisation of tasks, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest trends in search.

The ideal person will have 2+ years of experience in search, with a proven track record of driving relevant organic traffic and optimising for better search rankings. Like the rest of our search team, you get excited when you see the client’s ranking improve This role would suit someone who is still establishing their career, and looking to grow their knowledge through on-the-job experience.

You will need to be organised and love planning out your day based on the prioritisation of tasks, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing. You are also curious, always looking to learn more and have a desire to really understand the reporting and the data.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic through on-page optimisations and technical SEO.
- Collaborating with content specialists to ensure SEO best practices are applied in content creation.
- Assisting with the implementation of platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
- Keeping the team updated on your progress through the use of the different communication tools, as well as updating our task management system regularly.
- Regularly tracking, analysing, and reporting on SEO performance metrics.
- Providing insights and more importantly recommendations based on data analysis to improve digital marketing strategies.

**You should have**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEO.
- Exposure to SEO and research tools:

- Google Analytics,
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console,
- Google My Business
- Looker Studio
- And similar to:

- SEMrush,
- Moz
- Lighthouse
- Screaming Frog
- Agency Analytics (reporting)
- Other SEO tools
- Experience working with a task management system (Asana, Monday or ClickUp for example) and a time tracking system (Harvest or Clockify).
- Strong analytical abilities, and the ability to turn this into actionable items.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills to handle multiple clients effectively.
- Competency in all Microsoft Office and G Suite apps. You need to be confident to update existing documents as well as creating something from scratch.
- Understanding of website design and development principles/processes, particularly on WordPress.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field would be highly regarded.

This position is a hybrid full-time role, with our office located in Scoresby. Office days to be discussed with the successful applicant. **Salary**: $60k per year plus super.
