This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in uniting these strengths — building an aligned, high-performing marketing strategy across the combined business.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for Atturra Managed Services (AMS). Reporting to the Chief Solutions and Security Officer, you'll drive growth, client engagement, and brand integration through campaigns, events, digital marketing, and lead generation programs.
You'll work closely with Atturra's corporate marketing, Blue Connections' legacy marketing teams, alliances, and sales leaders to ensure a unified approach that maximises visibility and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver an integrated marketing plan aligned to business growth and sales objectives.
• Lead brand and campaign integration across Atturra and Blue Connections IT.
• Execute high-impact marketing campaigns, client events, and lead generation programs.
• Build compelling collateral, case studies, and capability statements showcasing our combined expertise.
• Manage digital presence and social media to reflect the evolving unified brand.
• Maximise and manage vendor marketing development funds (MDF) to achieve strong ROI.
• Collaborate across sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small marketing team and agency partners.
About You
You're a seasoned marketing professional with experience in the IT or managed services sector, ready to lead in a time of exciting change. You bring creativity, commercial acumen, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.
You'll bring:
• 5-10 years' experience in marketing or sales and marketing, ideally in IT services or technology.
• Proven success leading campaigns that drive engagement and measurable sales outcomes.
• Experience in brand integration or marketing during business transformation or mergers.
• Strong understanding of vendor channel marketing and MDF management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
