Unikrn paved the wave in the sports betting industry by offering esports odds across 35 titles, as well as virtual esports and streamer betting. Unikrn also boasts a skill-based betting platform that allows players to wager on themselves in ranked matches in the world's most popular gaming titles.

**Objective of the role**:
Lead Analytics and Insights across the business, building and managing team that provides

business stakeholders with analysis, reporting, insights and business intelligence for

all products and activities in the market.

Along with the Head of Analytics, manage the the roadmap and direction of Analytics and

Insights within unikrn with a focus on providing insightful reporting and commentary on our

operations, customer and product performance, and marketing and media activity. Utilizing

analytical and statistical modeling techniques, you will work closely with stakeholders to

determine how to best improve their functional areas through analytics.

On a day to day basis you will build and oversee development of end-to-end analytical

solutions including data extraction, manipulation, analysis and dashboarding/ visualizations for

the purpose of insights and recommendation, as well as gathering KPI, reporting, data

intelligence, optimization and insights requirements and execute on those to assist stakeholders

to drive business outcomes. You will be hands on with technical work in BI, Data, Analytics and

Insights, leading and coordinating projects to ensure the team delivers within deadlines.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Execute a strategy and roadmap for Analytics and Insights that supports the overall unikrn business strategy as well as the overall Entain Group strategy
- Ensuring integrity of data used by the Analytics team
- Analysis of customer, product and marketing performance within the product, marketing, trading and risk management strategies
- Daily operation and monitoring of our BI and reporting to ensure accuracy and relevancy
- Integrate analytics, data driven decisioning, and automated processes into operational activities that drive customer and business commercial outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to conduct and/or oversee user data, research, and metrics analysis, building KPI’s and measurement against these
- Build and evolve a high performing team that fosters strong relationships with open & honest feedback
- Ensure that the development and operation of data and business intelligence solutions are appropriate to meet the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders
- Create a data strategy and roadmap of new reporting and data capabilities, including the development of a data governance framework
- Build best practice analytics processes and BI tools, integrating with Marketing, Product and CRM

**Key Skills Required**
- 5+ years experience in a relevant data role, ideally within Data Analytics & Insights, in or supporting Marketing or Product teams
- Expert problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills with deep knowledge in data mining and modeling
- Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau and related data querying and visualization tools
- Experience working with Google Analytics Data
- Track record of creating / improving business reporting and insights capabilities
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Data & Analytics platforms and tools
- Knowledge of and experience in formulating and executing on Data & Analytics strategy and building of Data & Analytics platforms
- Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes
- Understanding of and experience with A/B testing frameworks and tooling
- 2+ years experience managing a team, leading and coordinating projects
- Able to liaise with distributed teams from different disciplines to deliver Analytics and Insights goals on time
- Passion for esports/betting and gaming
