Paralegal (Full Time or Part Time)

**A Snapshot**
As a Paralegal, you will be expected to make your mark in a number of ways:

- Collaborate closely with the AirTrunk legal and company secretarial teams to provide legal, company secretarial, document and transactional support assisting the growth of the AirTrunk business across the Asia Pacific region
- Support the AirTrunk legal team across a variety of contracts including construction, procurement, data centre operations, real property, capital raising, general commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements
- Support the management of company secretarial matters

You will receive day-to-day instruction and on-the-job training from the AirTrunk legal and company secretarial teams.
- Please note this role be either full time or part time (min 2 days a week)._
**Your Day to Day**
- Support the legal and company secretarial teams with day-to-day operation of files and matter management
- Populating and preparing template contracts and liaising with counterparties
- Performing contract reviews and managing internal contract registers as required
- Coordinating the internal approvals and execution process for contracts
- Supporting our lawyers to optimise the use of internal systems
- Monitoring and administering AirTrunk legal team inboxes
- Assisting with know-your-customer document requests

**Requirements**:

- Working towards (or completed) a law degree from an accredited law school. Previous work experience in an administrative or legal support role will be looked upon favourably.
- Must be able to commit to at least two days per week
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage legal and contract execution processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with people from different areas and locations at all levels
- "Can do" attitude and prepared to go above and beyond the job scope, when required
- Enjoy being challenged and working in a fun team-oriented environment
