Asset Management Delivery Lead

The DL has end-to-end delivery responsibility for Asset and Device Management and the service delivered to clients, including those delivered from multiple locations. This includes the delivery of service outcomes to meet quality (service level), cost and schedule commitments as well as any continuous improvement expectations as defined by DXC. The DL is also responsible for managing all non-labour costs associated with the delivery of their capability, such as licensing and support and maintenance agreements, and for working with labour providers - Service Line (Onshore & Offshore resources), Practice and/or third party contracted suppliers - to manage resourcing (supply vs demand), costs and service performance for their capability. The DL will work with other DLs supporting an account, to ensure an integrated service from all regional and global delivery Service Lines, Practices and/or Third Party subcontracted providers to meet contracted services.

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Being the SPOC for Asset and Device Management based services to the account, responsible for meeting contractual SLAs.
- Driving continuous improvement of the Asset and Device Management to enable stability and margin growth for the Account, including identifying opportunities to the ARL and ADL to grow services and increase unit-based revenue
- Supporting the ARL in delivering annual cost reduction, as agreed during the deal and fiscal year financial reviews for their Asset and Device Management based services
- Managing the labour and technology costs for the Asset and Device Management based services to align with the Plan of Record (POR) to help achieve target margin
- Acting as a trusted partner of the ARL/APL and delivery teams for their Asset and Device Management
- Participating in account capability/service reviews as requested by the ARL
- Contributing to the account delivery reviews, Start of Day (SOD) Meetings and attending Operations meetings and client facing meetings as required.
- Participating in service delivery reviews with the delivery teams and developing and reviewing the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) plans and driving strategic programs (e.g. Bionix, VC, Lean, Security)
- Ensuring a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is in place for their Asset and Device Management service and linking this to the Account BCP
- Ensuring escalations around device and asset services are timely and support the ARL as the escalation point for high severity incidents and resolution/service recovery activities
- Ensure effective flow of information between Account and Service Providers for their Asset and Device Management based services, i.e. Service Line, Practice and Third Party suppliers
- Provide timely and accurate delivery and financial reporting on their Asset and Device Management based service(s)
- Demand forecasting with the CBA device lead.
- Managing operations delivery and cost performance issues for their Asset and Device Management based services on behalf of the ARL, proactively communicating their potential impact on DXC and client targets and outcomes
- Promoting the adoption of standard delivery processes and tools with Asset management, Practice and Third Party contract provider teams
- Managing operational change with their capability
- Supporting effective operational controls and client governance for their Asset and Device Management based services in areas including but not limited to, Configuration Management, Change Management, Lifecycle Management, Capacity Management and Risk Management
- Working with Service Line functional teams, Practices and Third Parties to meet availability SLAs and KPI success metrics for their Asset and Device Management based service(s)
- Collaborating with Delivery Service Line Leaders, Account Security Officer, Practice and Function Leaders to optimise operational performance for their Asset and Device Management based service(s)
- Representing delivery risk and mitigation planning for their Asset and Device Management based service(s) into Service Line and account delivery plans
- Partnering with the ARL and APL to review project delivery plans and Asset and Device Management improvement opportunities
- Leading service transition to operations to avoid impact to sold services for their capability
- Vendor partner performance management, capacity and financial planning for their capability.
- Providing estimates for RFPs, projects and change requests for Asset and Device Management based service(s)
- Reconciles company and client records with vendor records; inputs and maintains accurate hardware records in database.
- Coordinates and ensures accurate periodic cycle counts at client locations and present results to internal management. Produces internal and external reports. Provides trend analyses when requested and estimate the impact of various business scenarios being considered by management.
