**In this role, you'll**:

- Act as the primary point of contact to the Sydney Trains business, vendors and internal TfNSW IT, accountable for the delivery of the IT scope of work supporting the successful implementation of this game changing transformational Program within clearly defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
- Provide expert advice on behalf of TfNSW IT to facilitate the delivery of strategic priorities for Sydney Trains and TfNSW. Maintain compliance with project management, governance, assurance, communications and dependency management frameworks.
- Ensure risks and issues to delivery of the IT scope of work are identified, managed and appropriately mitigated. Proactively identify problem areas early and report these to the relevant Program governance forums and facilitate timely remedial action.
- Lead direct and indirect delivery team reports (whose numbers will fluctuate during the life of the Program) in a matrix reporting line context, to achieve the program objectives.

**Fixed term, full time opportunity to 30 June 2026 | Hybrid work
- WFH mixed with 2-3 days/week attendance either at Burwood Home Office or flexibility to travel across various Transport for NSW and Sydney Trains locations across the Sydney Metropolitan area as required.**

**About you**
- Demonstrated multi-year experience in a similar IT Program Management and Delivery setting, delivering the technical scope in support of large scale digital transformational programs for business stakeholders in a large, complex customer service environment.
- You will have experience in leading technology delivery teams within a complex, politically, industrially, and commercially sensitive organisational context.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to bring diverse teams and individuals together to successfully deliver to common goals.
