We are seeking talent for a growing online meal kit delivery business. The team is close-knit and agile, with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sustainable growth and learning a lot along the way.

**About the role**:
As our new Delivery Manager this role will partner with the Head of Technology. You will be responsible for varied technology and digital programs, and you will lead the QuiteLike delivery capability and team.

In this permanent role you will have ownership and autonomy to define the process for the organisation and enjoy the ability to partner directly with senior stakeholders

You’ll also:

- Develop in partnership with senior stakeholders the delivery strategy, planning and roadmap
- Lead with customer focus, drive incremental delivery through a product over project mindset
- Contribute to the technology strategy and roadmap for technology innovation
- Manage key vendor engagements and drive delivery decisions
- Dive consistency in delivery execution whilst supporting in its agile ways of working journey

**About you and your skills**:
In this new role you will have the opportunity to partner with external provides and work closely with senor leaders across the business. This role will leverage your experience and exposure to stakeholder management and commercial acumen but also:

- Proven experience in the delivery of large programs of work across digital and technology
- Demonstrated experience in building, leading and coordinating delivery teams that include software vendors and 3rd party integrators.
- Expertise in the scoping, building and delivery of innovative proof of concepts and MVP solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in partnering with senior leaders
- Past experience in the development of technical strategy and roadmaps
