An opportunity to utilise both your Success Factors systems knowledge and generalist human resources skills.

Our client is a global mining organisation, which is in an exciting phase of growth within their human resources team.

They are now seeking the expertise of an HRIS Analyst with strong experience of implementing, developing and designing success factors modules to be fit for purpose for both the business and the HR processes and procedures.

Success Factors is already being utilised within the business, but they are shortly going to embark upon the implementation of some new modules to further support the business.

This role will utilise your key strengths within human resources, success factors, qualitative and quantitative data analysis and reporting.

It is essential that you can demonstrate your analytical skills with the use of success factors, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, either have a previous or current human resources background and enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment.

This is a newly created role which will offer future development and the ability to work closely with the business, adding value through tangible reports and analytics.
