This is an exciting time to join NRW Holdings as we are now seeking an experienced and service focussed **HRIS Analyst** to join our HR Systems team. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate HR data, providing system support and contributing to continuous process improvements.
**Reporting to the HRIS & Reporting Lead you will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Create and maintain a suite of HR metrics, reports and dashboards.
- Assist team members in identifying necessary reports for all HRIS users.
- Produce and maintain documentation including training manuals, system processes and data interfaces.
- Manage various HR systems supporting recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR management, payroll and HR reporting business processes.
- Make ongoing assessments of systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of HR business processes.
- Implement system updates and improvements.
- Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure processes align with predetermined goals.
- Plan, organise and conduct analysis to monitor quality assurance statistics, identify trends and issues.
- Provide training and support to internal and external customers in the use of reporting tool sets.
**To be considered for this position, you must possess the following as a minimum**:
- Previous experience in a HRIS Analyst role.
- Experience using PayGlobal or similar system is highly desirable.
- Ability to deliver a responsive customer focussed service with a personal commitment to continually achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in developing data visualisation platforms and working with various dashboard software to deliver products that are easy and user friendly to gain insights to improve performance, drive continuous improvements and informed decision making.
- Proficiency in excel (advanced level).
- Strong attention to detail, able to prioritise tasks and deadline focussed with flexibility to adjust when needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with data/systems and interacting with stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal and active-listening communication skills with the ability to articulate findings/results in a clear concise manner.
