Montefiore is seeking to appoint an experienced Revenue Officer (Accounts Receivable Officer) on a fixed term full-time basis. The position will be based at our Hunters Hill campus.

Reporting to the Revenue Officer Manager, the primary objective of this key position is to manage the billing and funding of our residents’ accounts. Other key components of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Attending to all telephone & reception enquiries regarding fees and accounts
- Recording all admissions, transfers and discharges of residents
- Liaising with the Residential Admission Team regarding resident fees and payments
- Generate funding and reconcile residents funding payment statement
- Accurately process Monthly and Fortnightly billing
- Payment receipting and processing

**Essential skills**:

- Precise and well-developed office administration skills
- Previous experience in an accounting function
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer proficiency
- Strong customer service focus
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Previous experience in Aged Care or a healthcare environment will be highly regarded
