Due an internal promotion, we have two exciting opportunities to join the IBA Category team based at Macquarie Park (Location Flexible - Sydney preferred), supporting in the Beer / Cider and Spirit categories.

These roles a ssist the IBA Category Team in the development and administration of IBA promotional programs and supporting materials. This content is key to assisting retailers become the best store in their town and delivering on our purpose of championing successful independents.

**What you’ll do**:
Support the IBA Category Manager in promotional planning across IBA brands.

Sign off promotional content (Catalogues, digital, press ads etc) delivered into market for various IBA brands.

Communicate content through to state teams and manage feedback in conjunction with the Merchandise Team.

Liaise with suppliers in confirming price promotions and activation plans (instore shopper promotions).

Support IBA Category Manager in Key Product Ranging decisions and new product launches

Build retailer communications to assist in front line execution.

Complete various administrative tasks as required to achieve the above and ensure we appropriately measure, manage and communicate effectively to deliver our KPIs and Category Strategies.

Act as back up to the National Category Manager in periods of absence.

A background in Liquor and/or FMCG, highly desirable with retail experience

Customer first mindset

Ability to communicate at all levels
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and comfortable with systems
