**About the Role**

We are currently in search of a coordinator with experience in event operations and/or project management. This role will be part of our Wine, Dairy and Fine Food team, specifically looking after our Wine and Beer & Cider Competitions and Events held each year.

This role will also be required to assist the team with other Sydney Royal Competitions and events held throughout the year. You will take ownership of key projects that enhance the profile and reputation of Sydney Royal amongst the industry and the general public.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

- Experience in administration/ event operations or logistics
- Experience or exposure in project management (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound planning, problem solving and coordinating skills
- Customer service and negotiation skills
- Genuine interest in promoting agricultural excellence
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to manage and address clients concerns in an appropriate and timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines
- Ability to work to set procedures to deliver desired outcomes
- Previous budget management experience
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a small team highly regarded
