I am partnering with a major client to source a System Training Lead on a contract basis, initial 12month. My client is in the process of implementing a new HR System across the entire company and requires a Trainer to join the project.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Conduct the Training Needs Analysis and manage the stakeholder engagement for all learnings
- Work collaboratively with the Change and Project team
- Design, build and deliver quality training materials and programs with the end user needs in mind - a chunk of existing material is already in place and requires simplification and review.
- Write QRG | Create Videos
- Ensure all training deliverables align with the overarching project schedule, highlighting key dependencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and report on training outcomes and completion rates.

**Your experience include**
- Training for System Implementation or Upgrade or Migration
- Learning and Development experience
- Understanding of Project demands and timelines
- HR System such as Workday | SuccessFactors | Kronos etc is favourable but not essential
