**Tell me about this role**:

We are currently looking for an TSPV cleared Security Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll provide oversight of design, build, accreditation, and ongoing validation of security for multiple facilities. We’re looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Manage access to capabilities and the special access program (SAP) nomination process
- Report any security vulnerabilities for individuals and their ongoing eligibility
- Manage SAP facility visits, security files and physical security safeguards
- Manage overall facility security oversight, and internal and external inspections
- Establish and manage classified material controls
- Conduct initial incident response and document security concerns
- Develop, maintain & deliver security awareness training
- Develop security plans for exercises and operations

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Relevant certificate in security risk management, or relevant industry experience
- Experience working in secure facilities, ideally within Defence
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Australian citizenship and TSPV clearance minimum
