We are looking for a passionate, infectious and strategic HR Coordinator or Senior HR Advisor who has experience in driving people & culture initiatives, end to end recruitment, also with legislative knowledge.
**Be part of this established yet growing brand we all know and love**. Must be willing to train & develop staff
**in restaurants across Sydney**.

**What we need from you...**
- Maintain, develop & implement employee records, training records, Job Descriptions, Organizational charts, and company HR policies.
- Provide support to employees in HR-related areas, staff engagement, staff functions, manage dispute resolution and performance management of employees.
- Interpretation and compliance with awards, employment legislation, immigration legislation, customer requirements, and any other HR relevant legislation.
- End to end recruitment through various initiatives, through to onboarding & inductions, training, performance review, remuneration & benefits, succession planning, through to legislations, compliance, and overall operations.
- You will need to have a drivers license to be successful in this role
- Infrequent interstate travel required in time
