Keller is seeking a detail orientated and forward-thinking human resources coordinator to join our national HR team in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

**Your new role**:
Keller is seeking a detail orientated and forward-thinking human resources coordinator to join our national HR team in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

As part of a busy, friendly, and collaborative team you will coordinate daily operational tasks across all employee life cycle procedures as well as assist with the delivery of HR projects, initiatives, and strategies.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment from advertising to interviews and pre-employment checks.
- Process and track all onboarding, offboarding and staff movement for all team members.
- Various administrative tasks including drafting and sending employment paperwork, reporting, raising invoices, maintaining HR spreadsheets, and managing the HR inbox.
- Manage HR systems and people data.
- Support the team with a range of HR initiatives, strategies, and projects.

**What does success look like?**:
To be successful in this role you are passionate about human resources and have HR generalist experience. You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
- High level of drive, initiative, and a sense of urgency.
- Experience with EA’s (Enterprise Agreements) and experience in a construction / engineering environment is desirable.
