**Your Role**

This is a 12 month secondment opportunity. As a
**Coordinator, Human Resources** you will provide a world leading customer experience to IAG employees and people leaders through effective administration and coordination of key processes across the employee lifecycle. You will build close relationships with diverse professionals. You will enjoy the challenge of continuously improving the processes in the HR function.

**ABOUT YOU -**- You’ll create and facilitate all new starter and internal staff movement contracts and documentation, responding to related queries ensuring quality and timely delivery within agreed service levels.- You’ll coordinate pre-employment checks, including visa checks ensuring appropriate actions are taken to communicate employment status to key stakeholders.- You must support the administration of IAG People & Culture initiatives and programs such as invoice processing, generating adhoc letters as requested as well as provide ad-hoc administration support.- You will manage, monitor, and respond to all queries assigned to the People Operations, ServiceNow assignment groups and escalate matters as required.- Coordinate and support the provisioning of new joiners, ensuring they have all they need when they start in their role.- Monitor completion of tasks within Service Now and follow up hiring manager or their delegate where required to ensure the new starter has all they need for day one- Support the ongoing review and optimisation of the People Operations systems and process of work You must ensure compliance with relevant IAG people policies and external laws and regulations.- You have experience in an administrative role and/or Customer Service role.- You must have attention to detail and ability to adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).- You can work in a fast-paced environment.- You must have strong verbal and written communication, time management and prioritisation skills.- Strong relationship building skills.- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field is desired.
