**About the role**:
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Operational Excellence**
- Managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety compliance for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Providing adequate staffing, equipment, and consumables to meet safety and service standards.
- Monitoring inbound and outbound operations and maintaining service level deliverables.

**Inventory & Quality Assurance**
- Coordinating stocktakes and periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Overseeing adherence to quality assurance processes and maintaining product integrity during storage, packaging, and shipping.
- Developing and maintaining accurate inventory transaction processes.

**Team Leadership**
- Training, mentoring, and developing a flexible, multi-skilled workforce.
- Building positive relationships with external business partners and stakeholders.

**Process Improvement & Optimization**
- Leading projects to optimize warehouse efficiency and streamline processes.
- Ensuring the effective use of IT systems in accordance with policies and procedures.

- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in inventory control, quality assurance, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in IT systems used for warehouse operations.
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
