As part of the **world-renowned Gracie Barra franchise**, we are committed to providing **high-quality apparel and equipment** that empowers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes to train, compete, and excel.

**What You’ll Do**

In this **varied and hands-on role**, you’ll split your time between **customer service and warehouse operations**, ensuring our customers and franchisees receive **top-notch support** and **timely order fulfillment**.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
Understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions.

Managing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds seamlessly.

Picking, packing, and dispatching orders with precision.

Receiving supplier shipments and keeping stock organized.

Conducting stock counts and managing inventory.

Driving sales by assisting customers in selecting the best gear.

Keeping records updated and following company procedures.

Pay: $53,984.32 - $56,691.44 per year
