We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator to join our small but mighty team.

About the Role

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be confident juggling multiple tasks, enjoy creating structure in a busy environment, and approach problem-solving with a proactive, can-do attitude. Working closely with the Director, you'll have the support and guidance to grow and succeed in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

● Liaise with customers via email, phone, or chat to respond to order-related queries, provide updates, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

● Ensure all orders placed before 2pm are processed and dispatched the same day.

● Coordinate the fulfilment process from start to finish, making sure the correct products are shipped on time.

● Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stocktakes, adjustments, and proactive inventory management.

● Receive incoming shipments and ensure inventory is checked, recorded, and stored correctly.

● Work closely with courier partners and ensure daily pick-ups are ready for collection.

● Identify and communicate any issues with stock, deliveries, or systems that may affect the customer experience.

● Collaborate closely with the Director and take direction and feedback well in a supervised environment.

● Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse at all times, in line with WHS procedures and the employee handbook.

● Support with general warehouse organisation, returns processing, and team tasks as required.

● Supervise and lead the Picker & Packer team to ensure efficient daily operations.

● Provide customer service support for showroom appointments held in the warehouse.

● Coordinate and manage showroom appointments as required.

● Collect returned items from the local post office as required.

● Physically fit – able to be on your feet and lift boxes - able to lift a carton of shoes (up to approx 10-12 kilos)

● Physical fitness, as this role will involve some heavy lifting of stock and climbing a ladder and be comfortable working on your feet.

About You

● Current drivers license required

● Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role (ideally both).

● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

● Great communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach with customers.

● Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily dispatch deadlines.

● Confident using order management and inventory systems (training provided).

● Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

● A collaborative team member who demonstrates a strong work ethic and consistently goes above and beyond.

● Physically fit – able to be on your feet and lift boxes - able to lift a carton of shoes (up to approx 10-12 kilos)

● Physical fitness, as this role will involve some heavy lifting of stock, climbing a ladder and working on your feet.

● Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Systems & Tools

Previous experience in these systems is preferred but full training will be provided.

● Shopify (eCommerce platform)

● ShipStation (shipping & label printing)

● Swap (returns platform)

● Australia Post eParcel

● Printing software for dispatch labels

● Gorgias (customer support system)

● Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
