We are currently seeking dedicated support workers, who wish to make a difference in the everyday lives of NDIS participants as we experience growth across Logan.

**The Position**

Our client needs **Female Support Workers** who can assist mainly for medication management and community access i.e attending appointments, recreational activities, shopping etc. We are looking for compassionate carers who has experience with complex care needs and can work independently or in a team and have the flexibility to work across a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends.

**General Duties**
- As directed by the Client Service Manager, and in-line with the client’s NDIS goals, duties may include:

- Personal care
- Light domestic duties
- Write and submit required reports.
- Community access
- Other duties as required.

**About You**

Being friendly and patient with people living with disability.

Professional attitude and willing to learn and be committed to continuous personal development.

**Skills and Competencies**

Strong English skills including writing, speaking, reading, and listening.

Proficient computer skills, with easy access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Ability to follow instructions and work within the limitations of the position.

Ability to work independently.

**Requirements**:
First Aid and CPR

Current Queensland driver's license

Reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Pay: $33.00 - $41.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Disability Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- NDIS screen check (yellow card) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
- CPR Certification (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
