The Farm is 20 flat acres with an abundance of friendly animals including sheep, goats, donkeys, miniature horses, alpacas, bunnies, birds, chickens and more; guests have the opportunity to interact with our animals in a safe environment. We have a mixture of fun Farm-based and enriching community access activities - Farm-based activities include our fully permitted and insured Inground Swimming Pool, and Discovery Barn - which has games, baby animals, educational, craft, gardening, and sensory activities.

We are looking for caring and kind Disability Support Workers who can support our guests to the highest standards. Our focus is on guest experience, wellbeing, safety and fun.

We are looking for workers who are available for a permanent day shift on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - with room for flexibility in the future

About you:

- Minimum of Certificate IV in Disability Support or equivalent
- Full Victorian Drivers Licence
- Working With Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check - must possess or be eligible to obtain quickly
- Must be reliable and honest

Pay is above award with generous weekend penalty rates.
