About the Role
- This role is responsible for supervising all aspects of the day-to-day operation of retail vending and coffee cart services and provide accurate and timely information on retail trends to the management team including concerns relating to operational, staff, external service providers and service equipment.
- Develop, implement, and review the marketing and promotions plan for the Logan retail services to optimise sales and revenue.
- Periodical review of fees & charges by banks, telemetry & other service providers including reconciliation strategies.
- This position is required to undertake shift work between 5.00 am and 9.00 pm Monday to Sunday with weekend work when required.
