**Classification**: Level 3.1 under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award

**Reports To**: Clinical and Operations Manager and CEO Director

**Location**: Springwood, with Community travel required

**Employment Type**: Part Time (6 month probationary period)
- **Position Overview**_

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative support, client intake coordination, rostering, and data management. The role ensures efficient and effective service delivery, maintaining high standards of client care and support within the framework of the SCHADS Award.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Client engagement and Intake:_
- Participate in conducting initial client intake, including needs assessment and data collection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
- Rostering and Scheduling:_
- Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all client services.
- Coordinate with staff to accommodate availability and client needs.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to address any changes or emergencies.
- Administrative Support:_
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
- Data Management:_
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into client management systems.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client and organizational information.
- Team Coordination:_
- Support staff in understanding and fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members on administrative procedures and client management systems.
- Act as a point of contact for staff queries related to rostering and client services.
- Quality Assurance:_
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the evaluation of service delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- Key Selection Criteria_

**Mandatory requirements**
- Current Bluecard and NDIS worker clearance or ability to obtain.
- Current Open Australian Drivers license.
- Full working rights in Australia

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant qualifications in disability work, aged care, or mental health. Minimum Cert IV. A combination of more than one is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years full time or equivalent experience in a similar role within the community services sector.
- Proficiency in using client management systems and office software.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

- **Award and Conditions**_

This position is classified under Level 3.1 of the SCHADS Award, which includes entitlements such as minimum wage rates, allowances, leave, and other employment conditions as prescribed by the Award.
- **Application Process**_

Creative Devotional Counselling services (CDCS) offers Counselling, Respite, Home care, Community Care and Support Coordination services to the community. CDCS is a registered organisation with NDIS and DVA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: $31.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 37 per week

- Certificate I - IV (required)

- Full time: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS worker screening (required)
- Blue Card Working with Children Clearance (required)
