Our client is one of Australia’s largest residential aged care providers committed to providing quality care catered for every resident and their family. The opportunity that has arisen is for a rostering and recruitment officer to join their team based on the Gold Coast.
**Your new role**
This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Co-ordinating the staff roster for a large workforce and monitoring staffing levels
- Providing customer service to staff regarding roster and payroll queries
- Maintaining up to date employee files
- Reporting and planning for any type of leave
- Adhering to company expectations of Health and Safety, Quality, Business Continuity and Risk Management
- Meeting HR compliance
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated rostering experience
- Qualifications in Business Administration (highly regarded)
- You must be professional, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and an exceptional level of computer skills across systems
- You will have a courteous and professional telephone manner
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with external stakeholders
