**About the Role**
We are currently seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join the O'Brien Group Australia team at Heritage Bank Stadium. Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for Retail and Corporate rostering, recruitment, and casual staff development. _Key duties include:_
- Construct weekly and event day rosters for both Corporate and Retail departments
- Provide new and current casual employees with information about company policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, uniforms, health, and safety.
- Ensure all new and current staff are up to date with all employee paperwork ensuring all paperwork is uploaded into the onboarding system.
- Manage data entry of skillsets, names, and times into the rostering system.
- Work with the Corporate and Retail team to identify casual staff vacancies.
- Coordinate the casual staff on an event day as well as build relationships across all levels of the casual talent pool.
- Management of uniforms borrowed, returned and sent to the laundry.
- Timely printing of event timesheets and midweek set-up timesheets, gate lists for security, and other necessary paperwork for event day
- Accurately key midweek timesheets and post-event timesheets
- Set up and manage non-event and event day check-in and check-out of all staff
- Proactively develop mutual, year-round engagement with the casual staff through regular contact, keeping them up-to-date with company news and initiatives, and obtaining feedback and suggestions
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in the hospitality industry and primarily in a similar-sized venue/stadium where organisation and time management are key. You will have experience in coordinating a large pool of casual staff and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
The ideal applicant will have
- Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills as well as attention to detail.
- A great deal of organisation and planning skills, and the ability to work with all members across both the Retail and Corporate departments.
- Previous experience in Staffing Roles or similar
- Previous experience with a rostering platform (_preferred_)
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Training (_preferred_)
- This role requires on-site coordination during event and game days; therefore weekend and evening work will be required depending on event schedules._
