We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Squires Loft Ballarat As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise shifts and ensuring efficient and effective operations. Coordinate with kitchen staff, waitstaff, bartenders, and other team members to maintain a high standard of service.

2. Customer service: Ensure guests receive excellent service, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests to ensure a positive dining experience.

3. Staff management: Train, mentor, and motivate food and beverage staff.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
