Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly

  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables

  • Provide recommendations on food and beverage options, based on guest preferences

  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and presentable at all times

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented environment is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures

  • A positive and friendly attitude towards guests and team members

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
