Your role at St John of God Ballarat Hospital

You will be responsible for duties involved in the provision of Hotel Services to patients and Caregivers within the Hospital.

The Position
- Assembly of meal trays for patients according to selections made from individual menu cards.
- Preparation and plating of specified items prior to tray assembly.
- Delivery and return of patient meal trolleys from kitchen and wards.
- Delivery of meal trays and beverages to patients according to the time schedule established and agreed upon.
- Collection of meal trays from patients according to the time schedule established and agreed upon.
- Cleaning of specified fixtures, fittings and equipment within the Hotel Services Department as directed by the Team Leader.
- Preparation and delivery of food and beverage items, utensils and crockery to ward pantries and kitchens.
- Service of meals to caregivers in the Cafeteria, and other cafeteria duties.
- Assist in functions as required.

You will have excellent customer service skills, well developed interpersonal and communications skills along with ability to work cohesively within a team environment.

- Salary: $32.11 to $33.42 per hour plus 11% superannuation
