Electrical Supervisor

**Position Title**:Electrical Supervisor - Prepared Foods

- Our Ballarat Prepared Foods Maintenance Team is looking for a dynamic leader to coordinate & assist with the activities of Electricians in effectively assembling, installing, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing & wiring electrical equipment for food processing plant equipment & auxiliaries._

About the Role_**
- _Create & maintain a Healthy and Safe Working Environment_
- _Plan and Schedule Electrical Maintenance activities_
- _Coordinate maintenance activities for the Electrical Department_
- _Maintain Electrical Department Procedures & documentation_
- _Interpret & modify electrical diagrams_
- _Identify, monitor and procure spare parts and material_
- _Coordinate &assess the training of electricians and apprentices_
- _Supervise assembly & installation of electrical distribution and control equipment_

About You_**
- _Strong commitment to health & safety_
- _Experience in a Leadership role._
- _Experience with industrial electrical roles_
- _“A” Grade electrical license & electrical trade certificate_
- _Excellent interpersonal & communication skills paired with effective leadership attributes_

Desirable Skills:_**
- _Allen Bradley PLC Skills and understanding are highly desirable_
- _Experience in High Voltage switching_
- _Experience in continuous manufacturing and High-Speed Packaging_
- Your leadership skills and experience will set you up for success in this role. This leadership experience may have been gained as a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Supervisor role, so we’re open to various levels of leadership and what you have to offer in this space._
