First Steps Learning Academy is a privately owned Long Day Care Centre catering for children 0-5 years. We strive to provide the highest quality care and education for our children. We employ dedicated qualified educators who are committed to further learning and are passionate about teaching and caring for children in their early learning years.

We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Educational Leader to join our Beaumont Hills Team.

Diploma or ECT qualified you will to guide and support the team through Quality Area 1, Programming, Mentoring and provide our children quality care and education. You will have the opportunity to meet bi - monthly with other Educational Leaders and be supported by our Centre Support Managers to to broaden your knowledge and experience in early childhood education.

To be considered for the position, we require you to have the following:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A passion for Early Childhood Education and a desire to consistently improve
- Strong understanding of Regulation/Legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) essential
- The right to work in Australia
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour
