As an Educational Leader at Explorers Surrey Hills - Stanley Terrace, you’ll be part of our “off-the-floor” Centre Leadership Team, leveraging your extensive experience in curriculum programming and your proven ability to provide excellent support and mentorship to Educators in every room.

The Explorers Star Program is a performance-based initiative which acknowledges the valuable contributions of our Educators. You'll have the opportunity to progress through four tiers, from Standard to Superstar, with each level offering competitive hourly rates well above the industry Award rates.

**You will have**:

- Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- A passion for children, their development, and a strong commitment to child safety
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement a quality education program
- A sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- First Aid Training
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
