
Office Administration Assistant

In-Tec Commercial Cleaning is looking for an energetic and motivated Office Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with our Operations team, this role requires a person who can demonstrate:
- strong teamwork and excellent communication skills;
- computer literacy and good keyboard skills;
- effective organisational and time management skills;
- attention to detail;
- willingness to assist the overall team;
- politeness with a high standard of personal presentation
The successful applicant will assist with the overall co-ordination and delivery of the administrative function of the business, and responsibilities will include:
- answering telephone calls;
- general administrative duties;
- monitoring our field management software;
- assisting team members as required
We have set a salary for the position, however based on the skill level, the salary can be negotiated.
