**What you’ll do**
As a Financial Analyst you will provide proactive insightful financial analysis to enable BU/COE to reach its strategic and Financial Objectives. You will inter face with Senior Management to deliver financial information in a concise and meaningful manner to promote effective decision making. You will be responsible for driving value-added planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. You will work with various areas of the business and business unit management to prepare annual budgets, including summarizing the budget and preparing presentations. You will also be working on monthly financial forecasts reflecting revenue, expenses, headcount, capital and other metrics.

Financial Analyst will also be responsible for developing business cases along with the business case sponsor and various business areas. As a self-motivated team player, you will readily take on additional responsibilities to support your colleagues and meet the strategic needs of the business.

**What experience you need?**
- 2 yrs of experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to analyse financial statements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior management on the client side of business
- Ability to communicate an assessment outcome with confidence
- Advanced financial numeracy & literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage their own time
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of deliverables and SLA’s
- Seeks continuous improvement of self and business process
- Experience in a ratings business and/or in the construction industry is preferred
