The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.- A great opportunity exists as Planning and Performance Analyst, reporting to the Claims Head of Planning and Performance.- A Planning and Performance Analyst is accountable for supporting the Claims team in the analysis, design, and development of performance management tools and frameworks to drive continuous improvement across the Claims function.- Working initially with our Life business, the role will work with stakeholders to coordinate regular analysis and oversight of key operational, financial and customer metrics which will include regular planning/forecasting and ongoing monitoring of performance measures which support our business strategy.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting and design
- Proven experience with data analysis, including sourcing and presenting data insights
- Ability to create metrics and measures to support management of a high performing business
- Demonstrated expertise in creation of tools to monitor business performance
- Ability to monitor strategic initiatives and link business strategy to measurable performance outcomes
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and manipulation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
