**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, building codes, and land use policies.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of potential locations for new gym builds or renovations.
- Provide expertise and guidance on urban design principles, environmental considerations, and community engagement strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address any regulatory issues or challenges that may arise during the planning and construction phases.
- Stay informed about changes in planning legislation, policy frameworks, and industry best practices relevant to the fitness and leisure sector.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Town Planner in NSW
- Strong knowledge of local planning legislation, zoning regulations, and development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
