**Does this sound like you?**:

- A hands on Regional or Snr Area Manager with minimum 3 years multi site experience.
- Proven sales record and experience working with KPI's is essential
- A passion for coaching and developing your team, act as a mini Learning and Development coach. You will be the backbone to enhance, grow and build team spirit and culture.
- Recruitment experience is a must Build your team from the bottom up.
- Competent with Visual Merchandising, Stock Control and Retail Operations.
- Performance Management experience, you arent afraid to have tough conversations when needed.
- Experience in opening new stores is an absolute must.
- People describe you as a mentor, someone who inspired their team to achieve greatness.
- Fashion is truly your passion You are in the know and up to date with the latest trends.
