**Job Description** About the role**:
As a Cloud Service Delivery Lead, you will make a significant impact by ensuring client engagements are delivered to the highest standards. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support across teams to meet contractual obligations. You will partner with clients to build strong relationships, understand their business needs, and proactively identify opportunities to value-add to client engagements.
As a people leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, providing an environment of growth and camaraderie. You will also collaborate with Solution Architects to define new Managed Services offerings and enhance existing ones. Developing and maintaining delivery pre-sales artefacts will help drive growth and success.
**Qualifications** About You**:
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the managed services industry.
- Proven experience in managed services delivery, with a strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), ITIL framework, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience managing AWS & Azure Managed Service Provider status and Strategic Account plans.
- Understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and software as a service.
- Strong understanding of managed services concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Sound commercial acumen and an enabler in the business.
- Ability to negotiate, motivate, influence, and build strong relationships.
- AWS & AZURE certifications and experience.
- Operational understanding of AWS and AZURE consoles, Service Now, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft DevOps
