**Description**:
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting National Retail Merchandising Manager role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As the National Retail Merchandising Manager at Pillow Talk, you’ll be responsible for the ambience and visual cohesion of our bricks-and-mortar retail store network. Developing a strong understanding of each Buyership’s creative vision, you’ll bring to life inspirational visual merchandising guides that emulate Pillow Talk's aesthetic, all whilst ensuring stores are arranged to maximise profits and product sell-through. Additionally, you’ll lead, coach, and manage a team of Visual Merchandisers across Australia, ensuring they are performing to standard, engaged in their work and understand our commercial aims and creative vision.

A bit about you...
- Highly developed skills in the field of visual merchandising (and ideally homewares), with a passion for the changing landscape of colour and décor and architecture, and for researching and sharing this inspiration with the team they work with
- Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring a team of Visual Merchandisers
- Previous experience working with buyers, marketing, and other creative teams to successfully interpret and execute the creative vision
- Strong commercial retail acumen with experience in a promotionally driven environment
- An influencer who is highly personable, confident and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships across the business
- A dynamic and pragmatic approach to complex solutions
- A role model who is hugely credible, with a high degree of integrity, and a relentless enthusiasm to get the best out of people
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed organisational skills and time management
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to energise others
